1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using InstaTrade Marketplace ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

InstaTrade is a marketplace platform that connects sellers of houses, cars, and businesses with verified cash buyers.

  • For Sellers: Pay a small verification fee per listing to connect with serious buyers
  • For Buyers: Pay a small fee to unlock verified seller contact information
  • Platform Role: We facilitate connections only; we are not party to transactions

3. User Accounts

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • One account per person; multiple accounts are prohibited
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. User Responsibilities

Sellers must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in all listings
  • Upload real photos of the actual asset being sold
  • Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Mark listings as sold when transactions are complete
  • Not post duplicate or fraudulent listings

Buyers must:

  • Use unlocked contact information for legitimate purchase inquiries only
  • Not spam, harass, or misuse seller contact information
  • Conduct transactions in good faith
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment Terms

  • All fees are non-refundable once services are rendered
  • Seller listing fees are charged once per listing upon submission
  • Buyer fees are charged per lead unlock
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in account suspension

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Attempt to circumvent payment systems
  • Scrape, copy, or steal platform data
  • Create fake accounts or manipulate the system
  • Violate intellectual property rights

7. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: InstaTrade is a platform that facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:

  • The completion, quality, or legality of transactions between users
  • The accuracy of listings or user-provided information
  • Disputes between buyers and sellers
  • Loss, damage, or injury resulting from transactions
  • User conduct or interactions

Users transact at their own risk. We strongly recommend meeting in safe public locations and conducting proper due diligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on InstaTrade, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of InstaTrade and protected by copyright laws. Users retain ownership of their listing content but grant us a license to display it on our platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Users may close their accounts at any time through account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
